Elephants have been a main focus of my artwork for about a year now. I have found myself becoming more and more enchanted by their bodies, movements, and personalities. I've had the privilege of learning about how they interact within their family groups and how they deal with the death of loved ones. This is one of many pieces included in my "Garden of Eden" series, which examines how our original responsibilities to this planet have gone, inevitably, unfulfilled.

In "The Harvest," I address the realities of ivory poaching and the brutality these creatures endure for the sake of material gain.
